Systems Architecture.

The technical blueprint before implementation. Before configuring, integrating, or replacing anything, we map how all of the organization's technology connects.

Intro

The blueprint before the build.

Systems architecture is the technical document that defines how the organization's technology connects, before anything is configured, integrated, or replaced.

It's what prevents costly mistakes: buying platforms that weren't needed, integrating systems that were going to be retired, configuring tools without understanding where the master data actually lived. When the blueprint exists, subsequent decisions follow from the design, not improvisation under pressure.

What's included

Nine concrete deliverables.

Every document in the package is traceable, auditable, and useful beyond Digital Reset: the client can use it as an internal reference, take it to other vendors, or adopt it as the foundation for the next engagement.

For you: stop buying platforms you didn't need and redoing decisions under pressure. The blueprint prevents the wrong spend before it happens.

01 · Inventory

Complete inventory of systems and platforms currently in use.

02 · Processes

Map of critical business processes and how they are technologically supported.

03 · Master data

Identification of master data and where it actually lives.

04 · Gaps

Gap assessment, redundancies, and technical debt.

05 · Integrations

Map of existing integrations and the ones that are missing.

06 · Target diagram

Target architecture diagram aligned to the business.

07 · Transition plan

Transition plan from current architecture to the target state.

08 · Platforms

Platform recommendations with full technology neutrality.

09 · Estimate

Initial estimate of investment, timelines, and dependencies.

Layers of a target architecture.

Five operational layers, one cross-cutting governance layer. Each layer has a technical owner, explicit contracts with adjacent layers, and independent evolution criteria.

What changes for you
  • You stop buying software on impulse: every piece follows a design.
  • Your operation scales without rebuilding systems every two years.
  • You get a clear map of your technology and what it costs to maintain.
FAQ

Frequently asked.

What's included in a systems architecture engagement?

The deliverable is a package of nine technical documents: a full systems inventory, a map of critical business processes, master data identification, a gap assessment, an integrations map, a target architecture diagram, a transition plan, technology-neutral platform recommendations, and an initial estimate of investment, timeline, and dependencies.

How long does the architecture process take?

We don't set a standard timeline before the diagnosis. The architecture package includes, as one of its own deliverables, an initial estimate of timeline and dependencies specific to your operation, defined only after reviewing your actual systems, processes, and data.

What systems or platforms do you work with?

We operate with technology neutrality: platform recommendations come from the diagnosis, not a fixed catalog. Our technology partnerships include Zoho, Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Stripe, and n8n.

How do you work remotely with US-based teams?

We operate nearshore from Panama, in US business hours, with a responsible partner identifiable throughout the project. Office hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 to 17:30 (Panama time).

Need the blueprint before moving forward?

The initial conversation is for understanding scope and sizing the work. If this isn't the right fit for your problem, we'll say so. No commitment.
