Platform implementation is the discipline of taking an enterprise tool (CRM, ERP, HR, project management, electronic billing, customer service) and putting it into production. That means configuring, parameterizing, and migrating it so it operates aligned to the client's business model.

The same platform can be a critical asset in one organization and dead weight in another, depending entirely on the decisions made during implementation.

CRM, ERP, HR, project management, e-invoicing, and customer service, with technology neutrality: the recommendation comes from the diagnosis, not a catalog. For e-invoicing in Panama, we have a proprietary connector between Zoho Books and The Factory HKA.

How do you work remotely with US-based teams?

Post go-live hypercare (two to four weeks) is operated alongside the client's team, including US-based teams, in US business hours from Panama.
