What's included in a platform implementation?
Nine deliverables: operating model analysis and requirements mapping, technical design (data model, module configuration, business rule parameterization), customization within the platform's boundaries, data migration with cleansing and validation, integrations with the rest of the stack, custom reports and dashboards, a test plan with the client's team, role-differentiated training, and a go-live plan with rollback and two to four weeks of hypercare.
How long does implementation take, including post-launch support?
Post-launch support includes two to four weeks of hypercare, during which the Digital Reset team operates alongside the client through its first real cycles. Total implementation time depends on scope and is estimated during the diagnosis.
What platforms do you implement (CRM, ERP, invoicing)?
CRM, ERP, HR, project management, e-invoicing, and customer service, with technology neutrality: the recommendation comes from the diagnosis, not a catalog. For e-invoicing in Panama, we have a proprietary connector between Zoho Books and The Factory HKA.
How do you work remotely with US-based teams?
Post go-live hypercare (two to four weeks) is operated alongside the client's team, including US-based teams, in US business hours from Panama.
