What's included in platform integration?
Nine technical deliverables: an information flow map, technical design for each integration, implementation of REST APIs, webhooks, and native connectors, middleware or iPaaS configuration where applicable, master data synchronization, audit records, complete technical documentation, a test plan with real users, and recovery and retry mechanisms.
How long does integrating our systems take?
It depends on how many systems are involved and how heterogeneous they are. The timeline is defined during the diagnosis phase, as part of the work plan, not before.
What systems do you integrate?
We connect heterogeneous systems via REST APIs, webhooks, and native connectors. Platforms we regularly integrate include Zoho, Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Stripe, and n8n, plus SAP in specific integrations such as Zoho CRM with SAP.
How do you work remotely with US-based teams?
We operate nearshore from Panama, in US business hours, with a responsible partner identifiable throughout the project. Office hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 to 17:30 (Panama time).
