Platform integration is the discipline of connecting systems so information flows reliably and automatically between them. When systems stop operating in isolation, manual reconciliations disappear and consolidated reports exist without someone assembling them every Monday. Operations stop depending on institutional memory.

It is the layer that makes a set of platforms behave as a single system, not a collection of contracted products.

What's included in platform integration?

How long does integrating our systems take?

It depends on how many systems are involved and how heterogeneous they are. The timeline is defined during the diagnosis phase, as part of the work plan, not before.

What systems do you integrate?

We connect heterogeneous systems via REST APIs, webhooks, and native connectors. Platforms we regularly integrate include Zoho, Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Stripe, and n8n, plus SAP in specific integrations such as Zoho CRM with SAP.

How do you work remotely with US-based teams?

We operate nearshore from Panama, in US business hours, with a responsible partner identifiable throughout the project. Office hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 to 17:30 (Panama time).
