Support Services

All support plans are contracted annually (12 months) with monthly payments and include a set number of support tickets per month, with the option to purchase additional tickets. Below, we detail each plan:

Each ticket covers flow changes, automations, incidents, and custom functions on already implemented solutions. Additional tickets are sold in packs of 2. Our SLA is Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with a response time of 3 hours and resolution within 2 days (or an estimated date if more complexity is involved).

Large companies and public entities require a mixed approach combining agile methodologies with PMBOK/PMI guidelines to comply with their governance standards.

We carry out preliminary understanding phases, define a base scope, and combine agile execution with the documentation and oversight required in institutional environments. In these cases, a tailor-made proposal is developed.

The Implementation and Development plans focus on configuring, customizing, and/or developing Zoho solutions according to the specific needs of your project. On the other hand, the Support plans provide ongoing maintenance and minor adjustments to already implemented functionalities. They are contracted annually and include a fixed number of tickets for incidents or specific changes.

Each hour covers any work related to the configuration, customization, development, testing, and/or training of your Zoho solution. This way, there are no hidden costs or additional services: everything is managed within the same block of hours, according to the selected plan.

It’s not necessary to have every detail defined. Our agile methodology (Scrum) allows us to start with a prioritized list of needs and refine it along the way. Still, having clarity on your main objectives will help you choose the right plan (Starter, Base, Grow, Optimize, or Maximize).

The plans are designed with a block of hours “up to a certain limit.” If fewer hours are used during the process, there is no refund for unused hours. However, you will benefit from having completed your implementation in less time.

Yes. If the hours in your plan are not enough, you can purchase additional 5-hour blocks, maintaining the adjusted rate of the original plan. This allows you to continue the project without having to contract a whole new package.

The main difference lies in the number of monthly tickets included and how frequently you can request adjustments or resolve issues. For example, Silver includes 2 tickets per month, Gold includes 3, and Platinum includes 5. All plans offer the same SLA (3-hour response time and 2-day resolution), adapting to the level of support your business requires.

They cover changes in workflows, automations, functionality or usability issues, as well as the development of custom functions within already implemented applications. Full integrations, entirely new developments, or the implementation of additional applications are not included; for those, we recommend contracting an Implementation and Development plan.

Scrum allows us to deliver results quickly and adapt to changes throughout your project. Here’s how it works in practice:

  1. Discovery and Prioritization

    We begin with a discovery session to understand your needs and define a prioritized backlog of requirements (user stories, processes, or technical tasks).

  2. Short Sprints (1–2 weeks)

    Work is divided into short, focused cycles called sprints. Each sprint delivers a Minimum Viable Product (MVP) or functional part of your solution that can be reviewed, validated, or used right away.

  3. Constant Feedback

    After each sprint, we present progress in a demo session. Your feedback helps us adjust priorities, refine the scope, and improve future iterations.

  4. Continuous Collaboration

    We maintain clear and open communication throughout the project. You’ll always know what we’re working on, what’s coming next, and how the solution is evolving.

  5. Documentation and Handover

    At the end of the process, we document the final solution and offer training or handover as needed to ensure your team can manage the system efficiently.

No. These plans focus on technical execution (configuration, customization, and development within Zoho). If you require process review or reengineering, it can be handled through a separate consultancy or as an additional service.
