The site informs visitors about Digital Reset's capabilities, method, and professional practices. It does not operate as an electronic contracting platform.
1. Acceptance of these Terms
These Terms of Use (the "Terms") govern access to and use of the website digitalreset.io (the "Site"), owned by DIGITAL RESET, a Reset Corp vertical (the "Firm").
Accessing and browsing the Site constitutes full and unreserved acceptance of these Terms. If the visitor does not agree with any of them, they must refrain from using the Site.
2. Definitions
- "Site": the website operated by the Firm at the domain digitalreset.io and all of its subdomains and sections.
- "Visitor": any natural or legal person who accesses the Site, whether or not intending to enter into a business relationship with the Firm.
- "Client": a legal entity with which the Firm has entered into a professional agreement for the provision of services. The relationship with clients is governed by the corresponding professional contract, not by these Terms.
- "Content": all text, graphics, diagrams, images, trademarks, videos, software, source code, downloadable files, and other elements available on the Site.
3. Purpose and nature of the Site
The Site is the Firm's institutional communication platform. Its purpose is to inform visitors about DIGITAL RESET's capabilities, method, and professional practices, and to facilitate initial contact between interested visitors and the Firm.
The Site does not constitute a binding offer of services, nor does it operate as an electronic contracting platform. Any professional engagement between the Firm and a visitor requires a separate written professional contract.
4. Access and permitted use
Access to the Site is free of charge. The visitor agrees to make lawful, diligent, and respectful use of the Site, in accordance with these Terms and applicable Panamanian law. In particular, the visitor agrees to:
- Use the Site exclusively for its intended purposes.
- Provide truthful and up-to-date information when completing forms available on the Site.
- Not use the Site for unauthorized commercial purposes.
- Respect the intellectual property rights of the Firm and of third parties.
5. Prohibited conduct
The visitor may not, by way of example and not limitation:
- Access the Site through automated means, robots, scrapers, bots, or similar tools, without the Firm's express written authorization.
- Attempt to breach the security measures of the Site or the infrastructure on which it operates.
- Upload, transmit, or distribute unlawful, false, misleading, discriminatory, threatening, defamatory, or obscene content.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive the source code of the Site.
- Impersonate any person, organization, or entity.
- Use information from the Site to build commercial databases, prospecting lists, or competing products.
6. Intellectual property
All Content on the Site, including text, technical diagrams, the visual identity of DIGITAL RESET and Reset Corp, trademarks, trade names, logos, photographs, illustrations, source code, and information structure, is owned by the Firm or Reset Corp, or has been licensed to them, and is protected under Panamanian and international intellectual property law.
The visitor may freely browse the Content of the Site and share links to its pages. Reproducing, distributing, publicly communicating, transforming, or modifying the Content without the Firm's prior written authorization is expressly prohibited. The DIGITAL RESET and RESET CORP marks are protected distinctive signs. Any commercial use requires express licensing.
7. Links to third-party sites
The Site may contain links to websites operated by third parties, including the support portal (soporte.digitalreset.io), the recruiting platform (Zoho Recruit), and institutional social media profiles. The Firm does not control the content of such external sites and assumes no responsibility for their availability, accuracy, or legality.
8. Informational content and limitation of liability
The information published on the Site is for informational purposes only and does not constitute specific professional advice for an individual case. Any technical or business decisions the visitor makes based on information from the Site are the visitor's sole responsibility.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Firm is not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, loss of opportunity, loss of data, or any consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Site. This limitation does not apply in cases where applicable law expressly prohibits its exclusion.
9. Processing of personal data
The processing of personal data collected through the Site is governed by the Firm's Privacy Notice, accessible from the footer of every page on the Site. The visitor acknowledges having read that Notice before providing any personal data.
10. Changes to these Terms
The Firm reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time for legal, technical, or operational reasons. Changes take effect upon publication on the Site and will be identified with a new version date.
11. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Panama. Any dispute arising from access to or use of the Site will be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Panama City, except where applicable law provides otherwise in favor of the visitor.
12. General provisions and contact
- If any provision of these Terms is declared void or unenforceable, that declaration will not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.
- Failure to exercise, or delay in exercising, a right does not constitute a waiver of that right.
- These Terms, together with the Privacy Notice and the Cookie Policy, constitute the entire agreement between the visitor and the Firm regarding use of the Site.
